Lycos is now offering a concept that allows users to download a screensaver
that launches a denial of service attack on spam friendly websites as a

 An interesting concept, but surely this eats bandwidth on the end
user that already loses bandwidth to spammers.  Is this not a "lose
lose" situation.   I can
