Doesn’t mean a lot does it! I find that Lotus Notes is good from the view that you are able to get a lot of information to fix a problem.
Also, the logs in Lotus Domino Server and Lotus Notes are fantastic. I have found it difficult to track down problems with the likes of Microsoft Exchange because of poor logging.

As much as I love Notes, I have to laugh at my old favourite “Cannot access server because cannot access server”.
