Probably they have just laid off their admins, or have cut their admin’s salaries by 50% in order to increase shareholder’s value … or have outsourced the website administration to some obscure place on this planet …
Btw: which is the country on Earth with the least developed IT infrastructure and knowledge? This could be a GREAT place for some companies to move their callcenters, server admins and operating centers – remember, it’s all on cutting cost
