A review of the new GSX9.3 Server monitor/analyzer software

While I was away, GSX released the latest version of Monitor/Analyzer into the wild.  It’s no secret that I am a fan of this software.  As an admin it makes my life easier and also gives my customers all the reports they want about their infrastructure on the fly.  So to keep myself up to date it was installed and I looked at each new feature.   For a point release, it has some great steps forward, but I also noted some of my issues with the product had been addressed.  Some.. not.

While taking notes on each item it was basically becoming a review, so I put it up on my resources page so other admins don’t have to do the work.   Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

Easing back in

Well, although I am still on leave, it’s about time that I start plugging away at some tasks.  The list is long and heavily includes ILUG10.  With sponsors agreeing the work beings on finalising speakers\structure and logistics.  Also the small issue of trying to raise the cash to hold the event!  Aside from that I want to check out the new release of GSX monitor/analyser (version 9.3).   Some Sametime 8.5 work in Ireland also looms.  As I have gotten away with (almost) zero travel this year so far, I’m sure that will also change very soon.  Fun fun fun.  And yes, the holiday was fantastic.  The travel was.. em.. not.  Volcanos were out to get us.

So, whadimiss?
