File server browsing through a blackberry
Many years ago a customer of mine had a requirement to browse internal file servers via their blackberry device. At the time we went with galty explorer. Over a long time it seemed to serve them well. Now, that product is gone and I am looking at alternatives. Does anyone know a similar product they recommend?

Starting with BES 5 and BB OS 5 you can browse network file servers from the device without installing additional software.

With version 5 – as Mirel stated.
1. Go to main menu.
2. Select Applications icon.
3. Select Files icon.
4. In GoTo bar enter address (eg “Go To://servername/sharename”).
5. You will then be prompted for your windows username, domain and password.

I know we are talking about file browsing but, does anyone know of a good telnet application for a BES 5.0? Thank you for your time.
