Been running the new beta on test servers for the past few days. Not one crash. My laptop notes client has been running ND7 seven since B1 and its been great. Not one client crash since B2 installed. Yep, this software definately doesn’t have a future. Keep up the good work.

As posted by Ed and Bruce, the new ND7 Public Beta feature list is available here. Many new features, including policy enhancements, more SPAM combatting features and higher encryption levels are there. Also, plenty of client side improvements, including lots of DWA and Notes mail features. Notes is dead, eh? Now where is that beta of longhorn or exchange....... ah yes. There isn't one.
The comments on "Notes is dead" or Domino environments being "ripe for the picking" is something that all Notes professionals take seriously. Generally, I think this attitude is there because Microsoft are better at shouting from the tree-tops then IBM / Lotus is. What I do like from the threads and interviews, is that Lotus is definately shouting back and releasing new builds at the same time. M$ is just shouting.

Its an odd one, and if you can already do this I don't know how. Its not worth a modification change to the corporate template but it would be a nice little feature in ND7 mail.
If you are involved a lot in process documentation, like myself, it would be nice to be able to send an email with attachments to a specific user, and cc or bcc the message to other users. Nothing new there. The gotcha is that the cc'd users do not receive the attachment. Sounds odd, I know, but it could come in handy. It would be a modification of the reply w/o attachment option that is already there.
