Trillian and file sending

I useTrillian Basic as my main IM client.  It works great, and I am going to buy the pro version.  But it seems to suck when it comes to file transfer, especially when the user is running the native IM clients instead of Trillian.  Am I alone on this?  Does upgrading to Pro, make this feature better?

1 - I use the native IM clients and file transfer can be a bit iffy in these too. It's generally OK, but sometime just messes up without reason.
