Lotusphere Presentations...
Category
While on leave, I kept a close eye on my personal email account, waiting for announcements on Lotusphere. Well, they are out now. I am fortunate enough to be confirmed to speak in 3 of them at this stage:
Worst Practices - learning from the mistakes of others (with Bill and myself) on the Best Practice track.
IBM Websphere Portal Server and Lotus Domino - getting them to talk to each other (with Kathleen McGivney and myself). This is going to be a hands on lab - starting with installed Portal server and Domino/Sametime... then making them all work together. That will take a lot of work to get going as a lab. Ms McGivney and I have bitten a big lump of a session... lets hope we can chew!
Advanced clustering configuration (again with Kathleen McGivney and myself) on the Infrastructure track.
I believe there were over 600 submissions for Sphere sessions this year, which makes me amazed that I am speaking on any, considering the calibre of the speakers I have watched in the past. As much as it is a great opportunity to speak at this event, it will also take up a lot of my time between now and January. Nonetheless, I cannot thank the track managers enough for the opportunity.
