Microsoft Bid for Yahoo

44.6Bn bid for a company that is on the way out, as the Google Juggernaut piles ahead...  Interesting way to spend revenue from an overpriced OS and Office Productivity suite.
Too little.  Hopefully too late (sorry - I'm in a mean mood today).
