3 - Craig, nobody says "Lotus Notes" or "Microsoft Outlook". That is vendor talk. Users refer to their stuff with one word names, especially the sucky stuff.

5 - Note that the fine print says this is not affiliated with Google, and the numbers are indeed completely bogus. The search Paul did to start this off gives wildly different results now that when he took the screenshots. Carl's example yields 1 result for "Lotus Notes sucks" whereas Google finds 2,980.
Move on, nothing to see here...

Using 20 different search phrases in Google, both positive and negative ones, revealed the following statistics:

positive:_______2%_________42%_
total hits:__93,748_____303,971__
