The Microsoft Application Analyser is gone!

QuickImage Category

I am sure I am not the first to notice this.  But the link to the Application analyser seems to have been removed from the MS site, to be replaced with a "coming soon" statement.  Look what happens if you click on the original link.  Well,  the link to the readme.txt file still works.  I linked to that in my earlier post.
What does this tell you?   I know what this tells me.  Next year, before Lotusphere, MS will make sure that they have a product to release that does something useful..... or they will just shut the hell up.  Has Redmond been caught out here?  How possibly could this be spun? Any suggestions?

Gravatar Image1 - readme.txt now also 404 compliant - at least from here...

Gravatar Image2 - Nice one. Will they remove the press release too ?

Or will we wake up in the shower one morning, and everything will have changed ? Oh - hang on - that was "Dallas", not "Redmond"...

Gravatar Image3 - That's right up there with the migration white paper that we all found and blogged about, and that then disappeared after 36 hours...

Gravatar Image4 - Agreed Chris... Possilbly this was me though. The file could have been in my cache and I didn't notice or try to purge then reload. It was pretty late last night when I noticed! Either way, it was there 24 hours ago!
