Technical talk has begun, and a few discussions on what announcements are going to be made. This year is going to be a big one for Lotus in many ways. Already the mood of the event is starting to show. I will confirm this during the opening session, but the feeling I get is that:
2005 was Optimistic
2006 was Aggressive
2007 is starting to look just plain cocky... which is great.
On the geeky personal side, I have been spending this evening going over my Websphere Portal Lab. There is a LOT to cover in 2 hours, but even if it is not finished by the attendees, they are getting a HUGE document on exactly how to configure things to get themselves started... I'm looking forward to feedback on that one. Aside from that, all flights sorted, hotel sorted, "clearing the decks" on the work front, and starting to get excited about the week ahead. So.. what have you been doing the few days before Lotusphere?

Also there has been an inusual activity on the internal beta for Notes 8. Have installed 2 new builds in 3 days...
Still have to decide where to go in the evenings. The party, Bill's bash, Animal Kingdom are set; suggestions for the rest of the days ?
